Chocolate Explosion Spread from CHICKPEAS
1 16 OZ CAN CHICKPEAS drain and rinse
4 dates, pitted
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 cup dark chocolate the higher percentage of cocoa the better above 70%
1/2 T vanilla extract pure
1/2 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt 1/2
1/4 to 1/2 cup of warm water
**** YOU CAN ADD protein power to it and if you do water has to increase
Combine all ingredients in the food processor on high speed and keep blending until smooth
To use it as a dip, place the chocolate spread in a small bowl and serve it alongside fruits like strawberries, bananas, apples, or biscuits or crackers for dipping.
To use it as a spread for your morning toast, you can simply spread it on top of the toast just like you would with any other type of spread, such as butter or jam. Some people even like to mix the chocolate spread with some peanut butter for a delicious and indulgent breakfast treat.
