LISTENING ... THE KEY TO WOW CLIENTS AND HAVE THEM RETURN.


Being the seasoned professional I am, One can't just say this; I have to live this to show I do the same. Listening to the wants. needs and desire of the client's session instructions is the key secret weapon to learn, this is done in order for me to create what is wanted and visioned in the client's motion picture in their heads, regardless of who’s in your presence. I step back and listen carefully, and I am not so anxious to share my thoughts and opinions, this is how I gain so much more from a conversation. Not only is it an opportunity to learn, but it’s also an excellent way to build a long and lasting client relationship.

One day I was listening to a clients description of him grooming himself and he said over and over of the stubble he left behind ... this is the reason I coined the phrase "It's all about the shave no stubble".
