Ingredients:
1/2 pound (about 225 grams) of 100% grass-fed beef, formed into a patty
2 slices of real organic cheese (choose your favorite type)
2 slices of Dave's Killer Bread (or your preferred organic bread)
Organic ketchup with low sugar content
Avocado oil mayo
Arugula
sliced red onion
sliced tomato
Instructions:
Prepare the Patty: Season the grass-fed beef patty with a pinch of CELTIC salt and FRESHLY GROUND BLACK pepper. Make sure to handle the meat gently to avoid over-packing it. You want a loose, juicy patty. You can also add a touch of your favorite burger seasoning if you like.
Heat the Grill or Pan: Preheat a grill or a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Make sure it's hot before you start cooking.
Cook the Patty: Place the beef patty onto the hot grill or skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or adjust the time to your preferred level of doneness. During the last minute of cooking, add the cheese slices on top of the patty to melt.
Toast the Bread: While the patty is cooking, lightly toast the two slices of Dave's Killer Bread until they are slightly crisp. You can do this in a toaster or on the grill for extra flavor.
Assemble the Burger: Once the patty is cooked to your liking and the cheese is melted, it's time to assemble your burger. Place one slice of toasted bread on a plate.
