Kay's Jello Pie

An old time  Rhode Island Classic

 Make a standard graham cracker crust

prepare separate 2 or 4 different color jello per pkg instructions

in a shallow pan   CHILL 

 CUT Jello in square pieces

 Next in a sauce pan  heat 1 cup of pineapple juice, 1/4 cut of sugar untill it become

a syrup.

Dissolve 1 pkg of Jello into the syrup then add 1/2 cup col water 

Chill until not too firm

Whip 2 cup of heavy cream and fold it into syrup  add jello cubes  

Chill 8 hours
